Spotless, fresh, and newly renovated with everything you could need, this place is even better than the photos. It has AC, snacks, a fireplace, a rooftop, and a great location near groceries and the light rail. Perfect for groups or couples wanting extra space.Laura was an amazing host—accommodating, flexible when we asked to add an extra day, and she walked me through my first Airbnb booking which made it a breeze. Check-in was seamless and check-out instructions were clear. You will hear some street noise since it’s close to the highway, but the convenience makes up for it. Truly a home away from home and absolutely worth booking!

Our stay at the Green Lake oasis was a really great time! The accommodations worked well for our family (for adults/2 toddlers) super comfortable beds, plenty of room for all to be, kids spaces with games, and a quaint yard. The location could not be better… with beautiful surroundings. Quick walk to restaurants, and ice cream, wading pool two blocks as well as the lake, with so much to do. Laura and her team were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this stay!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The cutest area near so many restaurants and shops. The apartment was so cozy and quaint it met our needs perfectly. Highly recommend and will book here again if we come back! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Laura is a friendly, responsive, and responsible host, and we appreciate her heads-up and reminder for trash pick-up and property instructions! The property located in a quiet and private neighborhood where is safe and walkable to some grocery stores and restaurants which we appreciated! The kitchen especially was tidy and practical with a full set of cookware, utensils, silverware and even new pepper and salt are provided.

this is a great place walking distance to the U District and Trader Joes. the house is nicely stocked w/ everything you need for a comfortable stay. the host was very welcoming and responsive to any questions or issues that came up during our stay. we are repeat guests, so clearly this place is "highly recommended"
